I spent the last two weeks of January sailing in the Exuma Islands of the Bahamas, well isolated from the virus that was making the news. On our return, February 1, we had a 7 hour layover in Miami, Fl airport and wondered the whole time if we were in a germ factory with nothing to do but suffer any consequences.

Almost three months later – today is April 26 – the company I work for expects to be on work-at-home crisis response operating conditions until June, maybe July. I personally know 1 person who got the COVID-19 disease, and is recovering, but slowly. I’ve kept myself very well isolated.

Creative juice flowing in the kitchen and the studio.
